This week we remember the birth and death of the foundress Loreto Sisters.
Family Fun Day
On this day, we bring all the families together (parents, sisters, pupils and the support staff) We share meals, play games, have fun and bond.
Children show case their swimming talents on this day. They compete in their houses. Parents are invited to support and cheer their teams.
Mothers’ & Fathers’ Day
All fathers/mothers and father/mother figures are invited to celebrate this day. They come together for motivational talks and enjoy entertainment from their daughters. These days are done separately.
This is a day set aside for children to display the practical side of science taught in class. The girls are given the opportunity to display and explain their projects to other pupils, parents and invited guests.
Its a day to encourage both parents and pupils to take Kiswahili seriously. Pupils present songs, plays, poems and speeches in Kiswahili. They also display Swahili foods, clothes and other Swahili cultural artifacts.
Prize Giving Day
This is the day that girls are recognised for their achivements in various areas and awarded.
Pupils are given the opportunity to display their talents; like fashion show, singing, dancing and modelling.
The pre-unit girls are recognised for completing pre-school and graduating to primary school. This is a big step in their school life.
